I'm registering online. Can I pay by check or purchase order?

Yes. When registering, you have the option to pay by check. If you select payment by check on the Payment Page you will
see a box pop up asking for your Purchase Order Number. Please enter the Purchase Order number in the free form box and
it will then appear on your invoice that you can print directly from the registration site on the registration complete
page. You can also print a copy of your invoice in MyReg.

How will the registration fee payment appear on a credit card statement?

Will you accept an ACH or a wire transfer as payment?

Yes. The banking instructions are on the Payment Page of Registration when you select Wire Transfer as your payment type.
The instructions can also be found on the bottom of each invoice. If you have any questions please contact registration

Canada only) / + 650-226-0824 (International). If you need to obtain a copy of your invoice with the banking instructions
you can log into MyReg and access your invoice.

How should a balance due from a prior event be handled?

All past due registration fees must be paid in full prior to registering for the 2010 BlackBerry Developer Conference. To

What information do you need to set me up so that I can pay by Purchase Order?

You will need to supply Registration Services with an approved purchase order document that references the attendee's name
and registration ID number. If you require a copy of George P Johnson's W-9 please contact Registration Services at call

Whom should I make my check out to and where should I send it?

Where will my invoice be sent for offline registrations?
- A.

If you need a purchase order referenced on the invoice, please enter the PO number when you are completing your registration
on the Payment Page. If you receive your PO number after you have already completed your registration, please contact Registration
Services at 866-405-2510 (USA and Canada only) / + 650-226-0824 (International) from 9:00am - 9:00pm EST Monday to Friday.
Registration Services will update your invoice with your PO number and email it back to you for your records.
Invoices will be available within your registration 'MyReg'. If you have received your confirmation e-mail of your registration,
it contains a link to MyReg where you can access your invoice to download or print so that you can have it paid prior to
your arrival. Note that it is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the appropriate party in your company in order
to ensure that we receive full payment before you arrive onsite.

Is there a special hotel rate during this conference?

Yes. The host hotel, the San Francisco Marriott Marquis is offering a special conference rate of US$229 per night plus sales
taxes and fees for single or double occupancy. You can reserve your hotel room directly in the BlackBerry Developer Conference
hotel block during the online registration process.
We recommend booking your room as soon as possible as rooms at the negotiated rate are limited and cannot be guaranteed
by the conference.
Do not call the hotel directly to make your accommodations.

I booked my hotel room when I registered, but I haven't received my hotel confirmation email. When will I receive it?

Hotel confirmation emails will be sent out within two weeks of receiving payment from each registrant. Upon receipt of your
hotel confirmation email please check to make sure your hotel dates match your arrival and departure dates.

When is the last day I can book a room in the registration system?

The registration system will continue to allow you to book hotel accommodations as long as rooms are still available over
your desired dates. If you are unable to complete a hotel booking during the registration process, please call Registration
Services at 866-405-2510 (USA and Canada only) / + 650-226-0824 (International) from 9:00am - 9:00pm EST Monday to Friday.
Additional instructions will be posted on the registration site if necessary.

What if I need to make a change to my reservation?

If you need to make a change to your reservation Registration Services at call 866-405-2510 (USA and Canada only) / + 650-226-0824
(International) from 9:00am - 9:00pm EST Monday to Friday by 8:00pmEST September 23, 2010. After September 23, 2010 please
contact the San Francisco Marriott directly to make changes to your existing reservation or to make a new reservation.

Can my company substitute one attendee for another?
- A.

Yes. A company can substitute an attendee with an employee from the same company. Substitutions can be made up until 11:59pm
EST on September 20, 2010 five business days prior to the start of the BlackBerry Developer Conference 2009. Substitutions
for registered attendees must be made in writing and sent to the Registrar by e-mail
BlackBerryDEVCON@eventreg.com no later than 11:59pm EST on September 20, 2010. Registrants may not "share" a conference
pass.
